Description
The Profile Cutting Machine is designed for the manufacturer of profiled slabs of Flexible Urethane Foam(Polyester, Poly-ether ), open celled Vinyl Foam, and bonded urethane foam. The profiling roller deforms the material in front of the knife and the material is horizontally cut in deformed condition. Therefore profiling requires flexibility of the material to be cut. To from the standard profile of the hump an zigzag the profile thickness can be adjusted from 1.5″ to 6″.
