Description:
Foaming Machine is especially design for a small to medium scale production of foam blocks . It is fully automatic machine for producing rectangular blocks. It comes with re-circulating system. The chemicals are refilled from the tanks through pipe work and valve systems to the mixing head. The Digital Timer is used to set mixing’s duration.
As soon as the mixing time elapses, a pneumatic lid opens the mixture head , allowing the mixture is poured to be in the mould. The mould are on wheels can be placed underneath the machine and after loaded with the mixture. It is moved manually out of the filling station. Put a leveling device into the mould and upon curing. Then the mould is dismantled. A square block removed and the mould resembled for the next block.
