It is fully automatic machine for cutting and stacking of foam and open-celled Foam minimal cutting thickness of 5 mm. The foam materials are fed into the band knife by means of a sliding table. The tension-ed knife guide consisting of two Teflon coating steel strips with swivel mounted rear slide so that the knife and knife sheath may be fed back easily through the completed cut. The length of the sliding stable stand is 254 cm, it will be driven by a cylinder. The speed will be decrease when the moment band knife touches the block. After band knife cuts into block soonest change speed fast, avoiding the distortion of cutting blade and foam sheet.
If the sliding table length is over 254 cm, it will be driven by two clutch motors via a geared rack, In order to eliminate excessive wear resistant plastic material and constructed such a way as to be able to take up any possible play in the teeth. The required sheet thickness can be per-set from the control box in steps of 1/10 mm. The cutting angle of the knife guidance can be adjusted in the range of 0 degree -5 degree by means of a hand wheel. For knife tension purpose on knife wheel is fitted into an adjustable slide. The correct tension of the knife control by a cylinder, thus insuring that the knife is not over-tensed and it is easy to operate, you just push start or stop button to tense or loose the knife.
