Description
Re-bonding Machine consists of Mixing Drum and a method of Hydraulic Pressure. After the Foam waste is shredded into particles on the Foam chipping Machine it is blown into the Mixing Drum. This Mixing Drum for bonded foam consists of a framework carrying and with one Mixing Head on the top of the Drum. The head consist of valves with spraying nozzles using for the chemicals. After mixing, a hatch is opened and the mixture drops down into a standard size mould L 75″ × W: 88″ × H: 75″ . From here it goes under hydraulic pressure to become Bonded Foam.
